A word from Rachel...
Whichever aerial apparatus you choose to pursue, this becomes YOUR Canvas - a space to express yourself, and create your own unique impression of aerial art.
Using my knowledge as a trained Physiotherapist and my experience as an Aerialist with Cirque Du Soleil,
I have developed a unique understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of aerial arts.
I believe in working creatively towards your strengths and around your weaknesses, teaching you how to connect not only with your physical self but also your creative self, to identify how best you learn in order achieve your potential and your goals.
I look forward to helping you all
